Based at SES’ Royal Quays office in North Tyneside, Nathan will be the link between our customers and SES during the pre-construction period. He will have responsibility for working jointly with the wider business functions including estimating, design, the operations and delivery team and SES’ offsite manufacturing facility, Prism to ensure that SES brings together the strongest possible team to deliver bids.
Bringing 20 years of expertise to the role, Nathan began his career as a mechanical engineering technician, gaining broader experience with subsequent roles over the years as a design manager, bid manager and estimating manager before becoming pre-construction manager.
Speaking about his decision to join SES, he said:
“SES is a leading MEP specialist with a wide client base, working across multiple sectors. The company is well resourced, has a great reputation and is ambitious for success, being recognised for its strong work winning and delivery team within the industry.
“As pre-construction manager for the North East and Yorkshire, I know the SES team well from my previous employment and know that I am joining the company at an exciting stage in its growth following an increase in its workload. I am very much looking forward to supporting the future success of SES with my wide-ranging experience and enthusiasm for the role.”
Impressed by Nathan’s well-rounded experience in health, education, defence, manufacturing and energy, SES’ managing director, Steve Joyce, added:
“Nathan is highly talented and has proven experience across many of the sectors in which SES is also active. He will be an asset to our pre-construction function, and we are delighted to welcome him to the SES team.”
